The Personality Analysis, also known as the Exec-U-Test, is comprised of 200 questions with three alternative answers. It takes approximately 45 minutes to fill it out although it is not a timed test.
The test shows 10 personality traits which indicate how the applicant would cope in the position needed to be filled. These traits are as follows:
STABILITY – measures the level of concentration, standards, sense of order, planning and organization as well as ones perseverance on a given course.
HAPPINESS – measures the level of enthusiasm, cheerfulness and satisfaction with the achievement of ones goals or the lack thereof.
COMPOSURE – measures calmness, tranquility, self control, patience and ability to relax versus nervousness and irritability.
CERTAINTY – measures consistency, predictability, clarity of observation and knowledge.
ACTIVITY – measures energy level, initiative, liveliness and vigor.
DRIVE – measures determination, push, conviction, resoluteness, aggressiveness and force.
RESPONSIBILITY – measures causativity, accountability, dutifulness, objectivity and ability to be impartial.
CORRECT ESTIMATION – measures constructive criticism, agreement, fairness and logical reasoning.
EMPATHY – measures friendliness, accord, courteousness, politeness, trust, confidence in others and affection.
COMMUNICATION – measures quality of communication, cordiality as well as how lively and colorful ones communication is.
