PERFORMIA TRAINING

As a licensed client, your recruitment personnel need to be fully trained in the use of the Performia system and all its tools. This training is conducted as a 3 to 10 day course and seminar, attended locally, where one learns and masters the following:



  • The flow of the hiring process

  • How to find out if a person is productive

  • How to evaluate personality

  • How to evaluate motivation

  • How to evaluate knowledge and competence

  • How to generally use the Performia system

  • How to log in, create projects, send tests, etc. in the Performia System

  • How to use different test and hiring tools

  • How to understand needed profiles of different jobs and positions

  • How to conduct reference checks

  • How to conduct interviews to get key information fast



On the successful completion of this training, one is able to competently use the Performia system to conduct and confidently evaluate any test in the hiring for any position even in the shorter versions of our training. The longer courses certainly provide a more in depth understanding which is particularly useful when one uses the system a lot internally to support and train existing staff.
